O trail running, além de esporte, é considerado uma terapia para a aluna Adriane Cosso, estreante na modalidade.
Nos locais de treinamento, nosso papel é apoiar e dar toda a estrutura necessária para o bom desempenho dos atletas. Aqui no blog a gente traz pequenos incentivos mostrando um pouco do trabalho realizado e das sensações vividas pelos nossos atletas.
E é por isso que fechamos a semana com duas entrevistas de atletas de trail running da Teo Esportes. Ontem foi com Gustavo Soares, hoje o papo é com Adriane Cosso, que competiu no Iron Running Brasil Inhotim, em Brumadinho, no último final de semana.

Adriane Cosso (AC) – Comecei a praticar Trail Running por volta de Abril desse ano. Amo ir para o meio do mato e para a terra; é um meio de escapar da cidade grande e relaxar a cabeça de qualquer um.
BTE – O que achou da prova?
AC – Prova muito boa, visual incrível e trechos com subidas. Prova técnica e boa de fazer.
BTE – Já participou de outras competições de Trail Running?
AC – Nunca participei de nenhuma outra competição de Trail Running, apenas praticava o esporte por prazer.
BTE – E agora, qual será sua próxima competição?
AC – Farei a Copa de Trail Run do Brou, em Macacos, e o Xterra Estrada Real.
BTE – Pratica alguma outra modalidade de esporte além do trail running?
AC – Faço spinning – é meio que um vício -, mas a corrida está tomando o lugar. Procuro intercalar os dois e faço musculação 2 vezes na semana.
BTE – Como se sente em relação a quando começou a praticar o trail até agora?
AC – Sinto que ganhei mais resistência, principalmente nas subidas, o fôlego aumenta também. A mudança mental é nítida! Trail running é uma terapia boa para colocar a cabeça no lugar.
BTE – O que esta modalidade te proporciona?
AC – Prazer de estar longe do asfalto, e tranquilidade.
BTE – Dentro das competições você foca em sua meta de prova ou aproveita para curtir o visual?
AC – O Iron Runner foi minha primeira competição de Trail Running, acho que fiz um pouco dos dois mas nas próximas focarei mais na meta de prova que no visual, esse posso aproveitar nos treinos.
